All of the above drugs are known as Phosphodiesterase Inhibitors. In simple terms, they work by allowing increased blood flow to the penis by causing blood vessels to relax. This increased blood flow to the penis only occurs with sexual stimulation through a complex series of reactions within the body hence causing an erection.
